Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

NUVAI ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. Serviceability is verified at the time of checkout based on the delivery pin code you provide. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process and will not be able to complete the order for that address.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of ₹999 or above qualify for free standard shipping across India.

Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 is applicable. Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tier 2 Cities: 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Other Locations: 10-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our website by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@nuvai.in.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, for prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges. For COD orders, the order will be cancelled.

7. Delivery Verification

For Cash on Delivery orders, the delivery person may request identification or an OTP to verify your identity before handing over the package. Please ensure the person placing the order is available to receive it or has informed an authorized person at the delivery address.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or if items are missing, please note this at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@nuvai.in with photographs. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@nuvai.in. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
